Pastor Jeremy Verret has served as the pastor of Grimesland Free Will Baptist Church since July 2025. He and his wife, Rhonda — his devoted, godly partner in life and ministry since November 2002 — share a deep commitment to serving the Lord and His people. Pastor Jeremy is a graduate of Southeastern Free Will Baptist College, where he earned his degree in Bible and Pastoral Ministry in May 2012. The Lord has blessed their family with two children and three grandchildren who bring great joy to their lives. After college, Jeremy and Rhonda spent more than three years serving in childcare ministry, with opportunities in both New Mexico and Mississippi, experiences that shaped their compassion and strengthened their calling to serve families.

Pastor Jeremy is committed to preaching and teaching the timeless truths of God’s Word. He faithfully uses the King James Version and believes the Bible is the Christian’s true and sufficient roadmap for life. He views the church as a family of like‑minded believers who gather for worship, fellowship, and direction from Scripture. While everyone is welcome to attend, he believes church membership is a sacred privilege reserved for those who affirm the inerrant, infallible, and preserved Word of God. His desire is to shepherd God’s people with clarity, conviction, and compassion as they grow together in Christ.
